Primary Responsibilities

The CRO will be responsible for generating new business across the US and managing the entire sales life cycle and sales team to ensure visibility and predictability of the lead to close process.  This is a hands-on role and the CRO will also own responsibility for directly leading and closing deals for key opportunities.  Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the sales strategy
  • Building and leading the direct sales and channel teams
  • Directly leading the sales effort for key clients and prospects
  • Implementing methodology to better forecast and predict sales bookings
  • Decreasing the lead to close cycle times
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns
  • Collaborating with the product team to source competitor intelligence and customer feedback
    Ideal Background and Experience
    • A proven track record in selling advanced analytic solutions to healthcare organizations, including 5+ years of experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • A history of managing direct and channel teams to achieve sales goals and targets
    • Experience in directly lead the sales efforts for key, high value opportunities
    • Extensive executive level relationships across providers, payers, and / or government
    • Strong health care knowledge of provider or payer operations and reimbursement
    • Strong knowledge of how analytics can be used to improve health outcomes, cost, utilization, and market share

    HBI offers a competitive base salary and benefits package.  Additionally, the CRO will have a bonus program based on overall sales and company objectives and a commission package based on direct sales success.
