Chief Information Security Officer
Doug Copley is responsible for coordinating all information security efforts for HBI Solutions. Doug brings over 25 years of experience in IT, Security and Privacy roles managing teams, information systems and information risk management activities. Though best known for his expertise in the healthcare industry and as founder of the Michigan Healthcare Cybersecurity Council, Doug is an experienced executive and thought leader across multiple industries.
Doug’s prior roles include Chief Privacy Office at Ally Financial, Chief Information Security Officer at Beaumont Health, Healthix and Michigan Professional Insurance Exchange, and Advisory CISO at Forcepoint, Duo Security and Meditology Services.
Doug is a Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Privacy Professional, Certified Information Privacy Technologist and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Doug holds an MS in Statistics from Michigan State University and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Albion College.
